DIGI Clean is management software for house cleaning companies. Cleaning businesses use it to schedule jobs, keep customer records, track leads, send quotes and invoices, and manage their teams.
This policy explains what we collect, why, and who else touches it. It applies to digiclean.pro and to the DIGI Clean web application.
DIGI Clean is operated by Digital Presence Solutions Group Corp, a Florida profit corporation registered with the Florida Division of Corporations under document number P24000018818, filed on 12 March 2024 and currently active.
Principal and mailing address: 5255 Meredrew Lane, St. Cloud, FL 34771, United States.
Throughout this document, "we" and "us" mean that company.
This distinction matters, so it comes first.
Account data is data about the cleaning company and the people who log in. We decide how that is handled, and this policy governs it.
Business data is what a cleaning company puts into the system about its own customers, leads and employees. The cleaning company decides what to collect and why; we only store and process it on their instructions. If you are a customer of a cleaning company that uses DIGI Clean and want your data corrected or removed, contact that company first — they control it. We will help them act on your request.
A cleaning company may connect its own Facebook Page so that people who message the Page — usually after clicking an ad — appear as leads in the CRM instead of an unread inbox.
When a Page is connected, we receive from Meta the sender's Page-scoped identifier, their public first and last name, the text of the messages they send to the Page, and, when the conversation started from an ad, the identifier of that ad. We use this only to open and update the lead card for the company that owns the Page, and to let that company reply from inside the CRM.
We do not use Messenger data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not send bulk or automated messages. Every reply is typed by a person answering someone who wrote first.
The Page access token that allows this is encrypted before it is stored, and a company can disconnect its Page at any time in Settings. Disconnecting stops all further collection immediately.
The system includes an assistant that answers questions about a company's own schedule and records. When it is used, the relevant text is sent to Anthropic to generate the answer. It is not used to train any model.
The assistant is optional. If it is never opened, nothing is sent.
We use a small number of service providers. Each one receives only what it needs to do its job.
Our infrastructure runs in the United States. If you are writing to us from elsewhere, your data is transferred to and stored there.
Business data is kept while the company's account exists, because a cleaning company needs its own history. When an account is closed we delete its data within 90 days, except records we are required to keep for tax or accounting purposes.
Technical logs are kept for a shorter period and are not used to build profiles of anyone.
You can ask us to delete your data at any time by writing to the address below with the email address on the account. We confirm the request and complete it within 30 days.
If a company connected a Facebook Page, disconnecting it in Settings removes the stored token and stops further collection. To have Messenger conversations already stored deleted as well, write to us and say so.
If you are an end customer whose details were entered by a cleaning company, ask that company — they decide what is kept. If you cannot reach them, write to us and we will pass the request on.
Traffic is encrypted in transit. Every table that holds company data is protected by row-level security in the database, so one company cannot read another's records even if the application is wrong. Facebook Page tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM.
No system is perfect. If we discover a breach affecting your data, we will tell the affected companies without undue delay.
DIGI Clean is a tool for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
If we change this policy in a way that materially affects you, we will say so in the application before the change takes effect. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
