DIGI Clean

Terms of Service

Last updated: 16 August 2026

These terms govern the use of DIGI Clean, management software for house cleaning companies, available at digiclean.pro.

By creating an account you accept them. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to bind that company.

Who operates DIGI Clean

DIGI Clean is operated by Digital Presence Solutions Group Corp, a Florida profit corporation registered with the Florida Division of Corporations under document number P24000018818, filed on 12 March 2024 and currently active.

Principal and mailing address: 5255 Meredrew Lane, St. Cloud, FL 34771, United States.

Throughout this document, "we" and "us" mean that company.

What the service is

DIGI Clean lets a cleaning business manage its schedule, customers, leads, quotes, invoices, expenses and team in one place. It is provided as software over the internet; there is nothing to install and nothing is shipped to you.

We add and improve features over time. We may change how a feature works, and we will not remove something you rely on without notice inside the application.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for everything done under your login. Keep your password to yourself.

A company owner can invite other people and give them roles. Those roles decide what each person can see and do — including who can see money. Choosing those roles correctly is the company's responsibility, not ours.

Trial, plans and payment

New companies start on a free trial. When it ends, continued use requires a paid plan.

Plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe, in advance, and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown before you pay and do not change during a period you have already paid for.

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal; it does not refund the period already running, and you keep access until that period ends.

If a payment fails, we may suspend access until it is settled. We will not delete your data because of a failed payment without telling you first.

Your data is yours

The customers, leads, jobs and records you put into DIGI Clean belong to your company. We do not sell them, we do not use them to advertise to anyone, and we do not use them to train AI models.

We process them to run the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.

You can ask for an export or a deletion at any time. See the Privacy Policy for how.

What you must not do

  • Use the service to send spam, bulk messages, or messages to people who have not contacted you first.
  • Upload data you have no right to hold, or use the service in a way that breaks the law where you operate.
  • Attempt to access another company's data, probe the system for weaknesses without permission, or work around access limits.
  • Resell or rent access to the service without a written agreement with us.

Facebook connection

If you connect a Facebook Page, you confirm you are allowed to act for that Page, and you agree to follow Meta's own platform policies as well as these terms.

Messenger replies sent from DIGI Clean must be genuine answers to people who wrote to your Page. Meta limits when a business may reply, and the system enforces that limit; do not attempt to work around it.

You can disconnect the Page at any time, and we may disconnect it if Meta requires us to.

Availability

We work to keep the service running and to keep your data safe, but we do not promise it will never be unavailable. Maintenance, outages at our providers, and faults happen.

The service is provided as it is. We do not guarantee it fits a particular purpose or that it is free of defects.

Limits of responsibility

DIGI Clean is a tool for running a business; the decisions made with it are the company's own. We are not responsible for lost profits, lost customers, or business decisions taken on the basis of what the software shows.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the event.

Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will explain why unless the law prevents us.

When an account is closed, its data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy. Export anything you want to keep before closing it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will say so inside the application before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new version.
